Vince ServidadPPC & Creative Strategist | Google Ads & Meta Ads

Get more sales from the ad budget you already spend

I run Google Ads and Meta Ads for ecommerce and lead-generation businesses, and I work on the creative, the landing page and the tracking when those turn out to be what is holding results back.

I ran my own online store from 2016 before I ran ads for anyone else.

Creative strategy

When results drop, the usual response is another audience or another bid strategy. Often the ad never gave anyone a reason to care in the first place, and no amount of targeting fixes that. I start with what the customer is actually weighing up, then build the ad and the page to answer it.

Find the real hesitation.

Not what you want to say. What stops them buying, in their words, from reviews, searches and support questions.

Keep one promise end to end.

The ad and the page get written together. A visitor who has to re-learn your offer after clicking is a visitor you paid for twice.

Test to learn, not to fill a calendar.

Every test answers a question we wrote down first. If it cannot change a decision, we do not run it.

How I work with clients

Otherwise the budget follows whatever the platform reports best, and platform reporting is often the thing that is wrong. Most people arrive knowing something is wrong and not which part. That is the first thing we settle, and it decides which of these two you need.

Ongoing paid media & creative

The spend is live and you cannot tell what is working.

I take the accounts and the creative together, and judge both against sales or lead quality rather than platform-reported volume. You see what I changed and why, every month.

Focused website & measurement projects

You already know which part is broken.

A store that loses people at checkout, a page that does not keep the ad's promise, a conversion number nobody trusts. Fixed scope, agreed before it starts.

Need support for your agency? I also work alongside client teams on an agreed scope.

The process

You get a clear answer on what is losing you sales, what fixing it is worth, and what I would do first. The person you speak with is the person doing the work, so nothing is lost between a salesperson, an account manager and whoever actually opens the account.

Based in the Philippines. Working remotely with businesses worldwide.

  1. Find the constraint.

We look at the account, the page and what is being counted, and agree which one is actually costing you sales. You get that answer whether or not we work together.

  2. Fix that one thing first.

Campaigns, creative, pages or tracking, depending on what the first step found. I do not rebuild what already works.

  3. Check whether it moved.

I tell you what changed, what the numbers support, and what the next constraint is. If nothing moved, I say that too.

About me

I started selling online in 2016. I had the store, the products and a budget for ads, and for months I could not tell you which part was failing. The traffic was arriving. The sales were not.

Working that out for my own money is why I look at the ad, the page and the numbers as one path instead of three jobs. It is also why I will tell you when more spend is not the answer.

How I compare

Two of these rows go against me. An agency is the better answer when the brief is bigger than one person or you need cover when I am not around.

In their words

What it was like on the other side of the work.

Reviews left by clients on my freelance profiles, quoted as published. They speak to communication and follow-through, not to advertising results. The reporting snapshots cover that, with their own limits attached.

Frequently asked questions

A few things worth knowing before you get in touch.

Is this for my kind of business?

Ecommerce brands, local and service businesses, teams building a website or digital sales experience, and agencies needing white-label support. What matters more than your sector is whether there is a real business goal and a problem I can actually move. If there is not, I will say so.

Do I need every service, or a long-term engagement?

No, and you should not. A single landing page, tracking fix or Shopify build is a legitimate project on its own. Scope, responsibilities, fees and terms are agreed before anything starts. Buying the full stack to fix one problem is how people end up paying for five things to solve one.

What if I am not running ads yet?

That is fine. The right first step might be your offer, website, search visibility or measurement. The project form only requires your email, a link and a short brief, so skip the ads questions if they do not apply. Use the brief to explain what you want to build or improve. More ad spend is not the default recommendation.

Who will I actually work with?

Me, throughout. The person who tells you what the problem is, is the person who opens the account and fixes it. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson, an account manager and whoever does the work, because there is nobody in between. Agency support can sit behind your existing client relationship.

How soon will I see progress?

It depends on what is broken. A tracking correction can pay for itself in a week; a store rebuild will not. We agree the first milestone and how it will be measured before implementation starts, so you are never waiting to find out whether it worked. I will not promise a revenue figure by a date I made up.

What happens after I send my project?

The form lets you choose a 30-minute call time after submitting your details. We discuss your goal, current setup and the first constraint worth investigating. If there is a fit, we define the scope and next steps. Do not send passwords or grant account access through the form.

Can you guarantee sales or leads?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your offer, market, margins, site, data and sales process, most of which I do not control. What I will do is agree measurable targets up front and report only what the evidence supports, including when the evidence says the work did not land.

Ready to see what is holding results back?

Send your site and what is not working. You get my read on the first constraint worth fixing and what it is likely worth, whether or not you hire me for the fix.

Three fields, then a time.

Your email, a link and what feels stuck. Everything else is optional. The calendar opens once it is sent.
