Facebook & Instagram Ads
I build and manage your Meta campaigns around your actual margins — not just ROAS on a dashboard. Creative testing, audience strategy, and scaling decisions all tied to profit.
Every day your tracking is broken, Meta and Google are spending your budget on audiences that will never buy. Every week you don't know your real cost per sale, you're flying blind — and the platforms don't care. The problem is rarely the ads alone. It's the broken handoff between ads, landing pages, offers, and tracking. I fix the full system so every dollar you spend works harder.
The top 3 leaks in your funnel — ads, landing page, or tracking.
The single change most likely to move ROAS in the next 30 days.
A rough estimate of the profit you're leaving on the table right now.
Tell me what you're running. I look at your ads, your funnel, and your numbers.
You get a straight answer on what's broken and the single fix that moves the needle first.
Fix it yourself, have your team run it, or work with me to execute. You own the result either way.

Across Meta, Google, and my own brand since 2015 — for ecom, services, lead gen, and nonprofits.
Built and funded with my own capital, not client money.
After all costs. The only number that actually matters.
Your paid ads, your search presence, and your website need to work as one system. Here is how I approach each one.
Before you trust anyone with your ad budget, you should see proof. Here is mine — platform screenshots, store economics, and live projects you can visit.
This is my own store dashboard — not a client account. I built this brand from zero, funded the inventory, ran the ads, and kept 47% profit margins. When I manage your growth, this is the standard I hold it to.
This is not client money — I risked my own capital to build this brand. That changes how seriously I treat your budget.
You are seeing real Shopify dashboard numbers and real ad platform screenshots, not mocked-up graphics.
The same system I used here — ads, store optimization, and tracking as one unit — is what I apply to your business.
Not a client project — a brand I built, funded, and scaled myself.
After COGS, shipping, ad spend, and all operating costs.
Since 2015. Through algorithm changes, iOS 14, and multiple recessions.
Spending $15K/mo on Meta with a reported 2.1x ROAS — but real profit after COGS was near zero. Tracking was miscounting conversions, the landing page had a 78% bounce rate, and the offer had no urgency.
Rebuilt server-side tracking for accurate data. Redesigned the landing page around a single clear offer. Restructured campaigns to cut wasted spend on low-intent audiences.
In 6 weeks: bounce rate dropped to 41%, true ROAS hit 3.8x, and the brand went from breakeven to $12K/mo in net profit at the same spend.
Google Ads running at $8K/mo generating 'leads' that never closed. Cost per qualified lead was unknown because form fills and phone calls weren't separated, and sales had no feedback loop to the ads.
Split campaigns by intent, added call tracking and lead-quality scoring, and fed closed-won data back into the account so bids optimized for real revenue, not form fills.
Cost per qualified lead dropped 46% in 8 weeks. Same ad budget, nearly 2x the booked revenue — without changing the sales team.
Running Google Ads Grant plus paid Search for a donation campaign. Traffic was high, donations were flat. The landing page asked for too much information and didn't explain where the money went.
Rewrote the donation page around a single outcome ('$25 = one week of meals'), cut the form to 3 fields, and restructured campaigns around high-intent donor keywords.
Donation conversion rate 3.2x'd. Google Ads for the paid campaign hit a 17.13x return (screenshot above is from this account).

Great ads mean nothing if the destination does not convert. These are live projects where I handled both the build and the traffic strategy.
Not a menu of add-ons. This is all included from day one.
Meta and Google campaigns built, tested, and optimized around your margins — not vanity ROAS.
Plain-language updates showing what is working, what is not, and exactly what we are doing next.
I tell you what ads to make, what hooks to test, and what angles are working in your market right now.
Landing pages, funnels, forms, and offer structure — optimized so your traffic actually converts into revenue or leads.
Server-side tracking, GA4, and conversion APIs configured so you can trust the numbers you see.
Message me directly. Questions answered same day. No ticketing systems or account manager middlemen.
Five steps. No layers. No busywork. You will know exactly what is happening and why at every stage.
You walk me through your ads and funnel. I tell you the single biggest thing costing you money. If there is a fit, we talk next steps. If not, you still leave with a clear action item.
I go through your ad accounts, your landing pages, your tracking, and your unit economics. You get a written report showing exactly where money is being lost and what to fix first.
Before spending another dollar on ads, I fix your tracking, your conversion path, and the offer issues that are silently killing your results.
New creatives, audiences, and offers are tested every week. What works gets more budget. What does not gets cut fast. No guessing.
You get a weekly report in plain language: what is working, what is not, and exactly what we are doing next. Decisions are based on your actual profit, not platform metrics.
Agencies hand you off to a junior. Freelancers only touch ads. I do both the ads and the store, and I answer to you directly.
No account managers. No handoffs. You get direct access to someone who has managed $26M+ in ad spend — the same person making every decision on your account.
I built and run my own brand to $1M+ in sales. When I tell you to adjust your offer or cut a campaign, it is advice I follow with my own capital.
Most freelancers only touch ads. But if your landing pages are weak, your offer is unclear, or your tracking is broken, more traffic just means more waste. I fix all three.
A 5x ROAS means nothing if your margins are thin. I optimize for contribution margin and cash flow — the numbers that actually let you grow.
Different businesses, same principle: spend less to acquire each customer and keep more of every sale.
Lower your CAC, increase AOV, and turn ad spend into predictable profit on Shopify.
Fill appointment books and sell supplements with compliant ads that actually convert.
Generate qualified leads at a cost per acquisition that makes the case economics work.
Sell out events with targeted campaigns that reach the right audience at the right time.
Stretch every dollar of your budget to reach more donors and drive more donations.
Build a pipeline of qualified leads so you stop relying on referrals and word of mouth.
Most ad managers have never risked their own money, worried about cash flow, or eaten the cost of a failed campaign out of their own pocket. I have.
Started running paid ads with small budgets. Learned what works by spending real money and tracking every dollar.
Funded inventory, ran ads, managed the business, handled customer service. Kept 47% profit margins through every stage of growth.
Now helping brands, service businesses, nonprofits, and lead gen companies grow profitably using the same system I built for myself.
I work with a handful of brands at a time so I can give each one the attention it deserves. No assembly line.
I would rather tell you upfront than waste your time. Here is who gets the most out of working with me.
For ongoing growth retainers. Fixed-scope audits and builds are quoted separately.
I run the account hands-on or coach your team. No junior media buyers, no account manager layer.
I only take on a handful of clients at a time so each account gets real attention.
Everything you would want to know before booking a call.
You keep paying for clicks that don't convert. Meta keeps optimizing toward the wrong data. Your cost per sale creeps up quarter after quarter. You scale spend hoping the math fixes itself — it won't. Most brands I audit are leaking $4K–$18K every month they don't act.
You open the dashboard on Monday and actually trust the numbers. You know which campaign is making money and which is burning it. You scale spend without praying. Your ad budget feels like an investment with a predictable return — not a lottery ticket you buy every month.
In 15 minutes, I will look at your ads, your funnel, and your numbers — and tell you the single biggest thing costing you money right now. No pitch, just an honest answer.
You walk away with the audit either way. If we work together afterward, great. If not, you still leave with a clearer picture than you came in with.
