Vince ServidadGoogle Ads, Meta Ads and creative strategy

Your budget is not the problem. One of three things is.

I find whether paid traffic, the page after the click, or the measurement is limiting growth before you spend more trying to fix the wrong thing.

Where growth usually breaks

Most paid-growth problems come from one of three places: the traffic, the conversion path, or the signal the platform is optimizing toward.

Wrong traffic
The campaigns buy searches, audiences, or clicks that were unlikely to become customers in the first place.
Weak conversion path
The ad works, but the product page, landing page, checkout, booking flow, or enquiry process loses the sale after the click.
Wrong measurement
Google or Meta optimizes toward the easiest conversion instead of the result that actually matters to the business.

Creative strategy

An ad can be right and still lose the sale on the page it lands on. Each test starts with a question we need to answer.

Customer research

Reviews, searches and support questions help identify what customers need to know before buying.

Ad and page copy

The ad and landing page explain the same offer, with a clear next step.

Creative testing

Angles, hooks and briefs are tested against a specific question, with results used to guide the next version.

Ongoing management

Most common

From $1,700 / month per channel

Campaigns, creative and reporting, judged against sales or lead quality rather than the number the platform reports.

  • Google Ads or Meta Ads management
  • Creative strategy, direction and conversion copy
  • Daily log and report access, not a monthly deck

Focused project

Fixed price per project

One defined build: a Shopify store, a landing page, or a tracking rebuild. Scope agreed before work starts.

  • Shopify builds and theme work
  • Landing pages and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Paid-media management is priced per channel. Development projects are quoted separately, and scope and fees are agreed before work starts. Higher-spend pricing details are explained on the relevant service page.

How the first two weeks work

I treat your business with the same care I give my own. We agree on priorities together, and I explain what I recommend and why. You work directly with me throughout. I am based in the Philippines and work remotely with businesses worldwide.

  1. Days 1–3

You provide the access and information we agreed. I review the current setup, tracking, creative and relevant pages before recommending changes.

  2. Days 4–7

You receive a ranked list of findings, what I recommend changing first and what I would leave alone. We agree the work and responsibilities before anything changes.

  3. Week 2

I implement the approved changes that are in scope and set up the agreed reporting. You can see what changed, why it changed and what the data can show.

When the work is not a fit

These conditions limit what I can do or fall outside my services.

  • You only want the cheapest possible leads, without checking whether they become customers.

  • Your team cannot share which enquiries became qualified opportunities or customers. I can help improve incomplete tracking, but I still need business feedback to judge lead quality.

  • You need ongoing video or user-generated content production. I provide strategy, creative direction, copy and static creative, but I do not produce video or UGC.

  • You require claims that an ad platform does not allow. I will not create or run them.

Frequently asked questions

A few things worth knowing before you get in touch.

Do I need every service, or a long-term engagement?

No, and you should not. A single landing page, tracking fix or Shopify build is a legitimate project on its own. Scope, responsibilities, fees and terms are agreed before anything starts. Buying the full stack to fix one problem is how people end up paying for five things to solve one.

What does it cost, and is there a minimum?

Paid-media management is priced per channel, not as one account-wide fee: $1,700 a month for Google Ads, $1,700 a month for Meta Ads, $3,400 a month for both. Each channel carries its own threshold: above roughly $24,000 a month in that channel's own ad spend, that channel adds 3% of its own spend above that line. Spend is never pooled across channels — $15,000 on Google and $15,000 on Meta stays at base, while $30,000 on Google and $15,000 on Meta adds the 3% on Google only. You only reach a threshold by approving a scale-up that is already working. Development is separate from paid-media management — a landing page, a Shopify build, a tracking rebuild is scoped and quoted at a fixed price before work starts. The review that produces the figure for your account is free. If your budget sits well under the ongoing number, say so early and I will tell you whether it is worth doing at all.

What happens after I send my project?

After you submit, I review the details. Some projects can choose a 30-minute call time right away. For the rest, I read the brief and reply within 2 business days. We then discuss your goal, current setup, fit and scope. Do not send passwords or account access through the form.

Can you guarantee sales or leads?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your offer, market, margins, site, data and sales process, most of which I do not control. What I will do is agree measurable targets up front and report only what the evidence supports, including when the evidence says the work did not land.
