  • Compare 30 days before vs 30 days after.

    Most stores see 15–35% lift on top products from running this checklist end to end.

    Common mistakes

    1. Doing 5 fixes simultaneously: can't tell what worked. Sequence them.

    2. Polishing one product, ignoring others: do top 5 products in parallel.

    3. Skipping the boring stuff: page speed and image compression are unsexy but compound.

    4. Reviews fluff: 4 hours of fake-reading reviews to find one. Use review apps that surface authentic content.

    5. Ignoring mobile: the desktop preview looks great; mobile is broken.
